Delivery:

For shipping we use a standard shipping service, which takes 2-8 business working days. However we generally find the orders reach our customers with 2-5 days of ordering. This does mean however that you can’t pick a specific time or day of delivery with us at checkout. We have e a flat rate shipping fee of £6.99. We do offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over £50 in value just enter ‘FREESHIPPING’ at checkout. This unfortunately excludes the Scottish Highlands and Islands where shipping will still need to be paid for. If you have entered free shipping and live in those areas of exclusion we will be in contact with you about your order. If we cannot get in contact with you this will result in your order being cancelled.
If for any reason we encounter any issues with your order we will contact you immediately to avoid any delays.

Please note due to the current circumstances effecting courier services due to COVID-19 there may be a slight delay in parcels shipping time.

International Delivery:
Unfortunately we don’t offer international shipping yet but we are working on it!

Click & Collect:
We offer a click and collect service for our customers who live close to our click and collect collection point so you can avoid having to pay for any shipping costs. If you choice this service your order will be ready for you to collect from our click & collect collection point the next business working day. Please have your order confirmation email with you so we can verify the order is yours.

Our Returns Policy:
We unfortunately don’t accept returns of products which have arrived to you in a good condition where the product is still safe to use/ consume. On the rare occasion that an item has been shipped to you and is damaged or broken in a way that means you cannot safely consume or use the item we will offer a full refund providing we approve.

Our policy to receive a full refund is that you must notify us within 24 hours of you receiving your order, in the form of proof of purchase and photographic proof the item has been damaged with its original packaging being in the photo as well, and sending this to [email protected] We will not issue you with a refund if you contact us outside the 24 hour deadline period or the two forms of proof aren’t presented.
Once your proofs have been received and inspected we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved we will process your refund to you using the original payment method we will not send a refund any other way.
Please give time for the refund to be processed by the banks as it depends how quickly they process the refund. If you have not received your refund first please contact your bank as there are often some processing times before the refund is posted in you account.
