We dispatch all orders Monday to Friday within 24/48 hr of the order being placed. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will be dispatched Monday.
For orders containing any products from our Formaggi&Salumi or Salsiccia collections we dispatch Monday-Thursday 24/48hr of the order being placed. Any orders placed Thursday-Sunday will be dispatched Monday. This is to keep your products fresh for when you receive your parcel.
Delivery for Mainland UK is £6.99 (FREE delivery when you spend £60 or more)
Delivery for Northern Ireland is £11.99
We have no minimum order value and no restrictions of weight or volume
We ship all orders via our Courier DHL using there Next day delivery service. Please note delivery to Northern Ireland is a 1-2 day delivery time. This means you cannot reserve a specific date/time for delivery.
Please note DHL do not deliver parcels on Saturdays and Sundays so any orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered to you the following Monday.
OUR RETURN POLICY
In the event you change your mind on any item purchased, our policy lasts for 7 days from the time you receive your delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Any items from our Formaggi & Salume and Salsiccia collection cannot be returned.
To Complete your return we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable
Once we have received your return we will email you to notify of the approval or rejection of your return. If your return is approved your refund will be processed using the method of payment used on purchase of goods.
DAMAGED OR BROKEN ITEMS
We pack all our orders responsibly and with care to ensure that all items arrive to you in perfect condition. However in the rare occasion an item may arrive to you damaged or broken we have a refunds policy in place.
We will not issue refunds for items which have arrived to you in good condition where the product is still safe to use/consume.
All refund requests must be made within 24 hr of you receiving your parcel, in the form of proof of purchase and sending photographic evidence of the item has been damaged with its original packaging being in the photo. No refund will be issued outside of the 24hr window.
Once your proofs have been received and inspected we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund has been approved we will proess your refund to you using the original payment method we will not send a refund any other way.
Please give time for the refund to be processed by the banks as it depends on them how quickly they process the refund. But it generally take 2-3 business working days.
